Forge Talent are currently partnered with a long-established business in Bolton who are looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to join their finance team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone organised, keen to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.

The Role

You'll support both purchase and sales ledger functions, with responsibilities including:

  • Raising purchase orders & processing invoices

  • Maintaining supplier records & chasing deliveries

  • Reconciling statements & updating spreadsheets

  • Assisting with credit control & issuing invoices

  • Providing admin support & petty cash reconciliation

  • Covering reception and supporting ad hoc finance tasks

About You
  • Detail-oriented and organised

  • Good communication and Excel skills

  • A team player with a can-do attitude

  • Basic accounting knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
