Forge Talent are currently partnered with a long-established business in Bolton who are looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to join their finance team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone organised, keen to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.
The RoleYou'll support both purchase and sales ledger functions, with responsibilities including:

Raising purchase orders & processing invoices

Maintaining supplier records & chasing deliveries

Reconciling statements & updating spreadsheets

Assisting with credit control & issuing invoices

Providing admin support & petty cash reconciliation

Covering reception and supporting ad hoc finance tasks

Detail-oriented and organised
-
Good communication and Excel skills

A team player with a can-do attitude

Basic accounting knowledge is a bonus (not essential)

£25,000 salary
