What you'll do:

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger, ensuring timely payments and maintaining customer engagement. You will chase outstanding debt through various channels including phone and email. Your role will also involve handling queries, resolving issues, and flagging potential financial risks. When necessary, you will follow disconnection procedures. Additionally, you will support reporting processes and suggest improvements where possible.

  • Assist the Credit Controllers
  • Raise Sales Invoices
  • Posting payments
  • Cash Allocations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Finance Administrator role brings with them credit control experience, ideally with full ledger management.
