I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a Finance Administrator. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider team on the following:
- Processing of customer orders, matching orders to deliveries
- Liaising with customers, hauliers and internal colleagues
- Resolving customer queries and delivery issues
- Inputting pricing information to the system
- Producing daily reports
- Attending regular meetings
- Ensuring payment of invoices within agreed payment terms
- Raising credit notes and invoices
- Accurately posting daily cash receipts
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have some relevant sales support / finance administration experience gained in a busy and fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively are both essential for this role.
