Main Function of the Position:
To lead consultative sales within a luxury showroom, driving both B2C and B2B performance while championing CRM best practices. The role combines high-value customer engagement with strategic sales activity, contributing to the success of an employee-owned business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-value, consultative sales providing product recommendations and specifications
- Support both retail and trade customers through their buying journey
- Represent the brand across showroom, phone, live chat, and digital channels
- CRM Ownership
- Drive daily CRM engagement and lead management
- Ensure all sales tasks, follow-ups, and outreach are timely and aligned
- Monitor CRM performance and contribute to team-wide best practices
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in consultative or luxury sales
- Exposure to interiors or trade sales is highly desirable
- Confident using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong time management skills
- Warm, thoughtful communicator and natural relationship builder
- Calm and effective under pressure, able to multitask across channels
