Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Are you a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Our client, a Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Solicitor with a demonstrated track record in dealing with litigated EL/PL cases. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that offers access to high-quality work and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be handling a caseload of employer and public liability defendant claims, typically these will be fast-track matters but there will be scope to handle multi-track matters too
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates and obtaining consent for major decisions working on non-delegated authority

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience working on litigated EL/PL cases
  • Strong understanding of non-delegable duty of care
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
