You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Set up, support and govern CI reviews & plans.
Reduce defective issues within the stores' area of the business.
Implementation of process controls & process capability.
Facilitation of Improvement activities within the manufacturing & Logistics facility.
Technical expertise on Lean tool sets and change management.

The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:

Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.
Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject, or B.Eng. in a relevant Engineering or Science Degree
