The Original Factory Shop has been part of the UK high street for over 50 years, bringing great value and big-brand bargains to local communities. With over 150 stores nationwide, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone special to join our Support Centre team.
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, organised General Admin professional who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of our People Team, supporting colleagues across the business and making sure our office life runs without a hitch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Helping with scheduling, meetings, and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Organising files, data, and documents to keep the office running efficiently.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects that help our people and processes thrive.
About you:
- Previous experience in admin or office support.
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A great communicator who enjoys helping others.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player who contributes to a positive, people-focused environment.
