About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. The successful candidates will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving goods safely and efficiently in our warehouse or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently
Move, stack, and organise products within the warehouse
Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts if certified)
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not essential
Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labour for extended periods
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
