Have you worked in the police or prison service and are now seeking a new, rewarding challenge? Empowering Learning is looking for individuals with strong resilience, excellent communication skills, and a calm, professional manner to support students in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and behavioural schools.
We work with schools that support pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and behavioural challenges. Your background in dealing with high-pressure situations, de-escalation techniques, and safeguarding puts you in an ideal position to succeed in this environment.
