Join a well-established institutional landlord as a Property Consent and Ground Rent Collections Administrator, supporting a professional team managing a portfolio of over 30,000 residential properties across England and Wales. This is a varied and important role where your attention to detail, initiative, and customer service skills will be highly valued.
The Role
- Provide support with issuing LPE1s
- Navigate land registry and manage notice of transfer documentation.
- Assist with the administration of lease consents such as licences to assign, alter, or extend
- Respond to tenant and solicitor enquiries by email and telephone
- Process payments and issue tenant communications.
- Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and filing systems
- Run and action reports from internal systems
- Provide cover and support across the team during periods of absence
- Contribute to internal admin processes, including appraisals and staff milestones
The Person
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a property or legal setting
- Excellent customer service skills and confident handling enquiries
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and good time management
- Used Qube previous
The Package
- £27,000 starting salary with a review.
- 10% annual bonus
- 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
