Join a well-established institutional landlord as a Property Consent and Ground Rent Collections Administrator, supporting a professional team managing a portfolio of over 30,000 residential properties across England and Wales. This is a varied and important role where your attention to detail, initiative, and customer service skills will be highly valued.

The Role

  • Provide support with issuing LPE1s
  • Navigate land registry and manage notice of transfer documentation.
  • Assist with the administration of lease consents such as licences to assign, alter, or extend
  • Respond to tenant and solicitor enquiries by email and telephone
  • Process payments and issue tenant communications.
  • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and filing systems
  • Run and action reports from internal systems
  • Provide cover and support across the team during periods of absence
  • Contribute to internal admin processes, including appraisals and staff milestones

The Person

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a property or legal setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and confident handling enquiries
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and good time management
  • Used Qube previous

The Package

  • £27,000 starting salary with a review.
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
