The Role
As a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you'll support clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. This is a fast-paced and varied role that includes:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Underwriting risks within delegated authority
- Managing the full insurance cycle: new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
- Helping clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9
- At least 5 years' cross class experience in commercial insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- A passion for customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
