Start Date: 26/05/2025?? Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30Children’s Social Care is seeking a highly organised and experienced Minute Taker to join our Business Support Service on a temporary basis. This is an essential role supporting Strategy Meetings and other key forums, ensuring accurate and professional documentation of discussions and decisions.? Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and take clear, concise minutes at formal meetings
  • Support with general administrative duties including typing, filing, report collation, reception cover, telephone handling, and postal tasks
  • Liaise with professionals within and outside the Local Authority
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
? Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven clerical experience and strong team-working abilities
  • Excellent word processing skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Experience in formal minute taking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
  • Understanding of the sensitive nature of child protection content
