? What You'll Do:- Deliver pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4
- Maintain focus, order, and engagement in the classroom
- Follow and enforce school behaviour policies
- Provide feedback to teachers and heads of department
- Support learning continuity with professionalism and confidence
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role
- Strong behaviour management and confident presence
- Able to lead a class independently and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible, punctual, and committed to high standards
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
