Role Overview:In this position, you'll support secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include providing classroom assistance, offering one-on-one support, and delivering home tuition when necessary. You'll also be tasked with monitoring and reporting on student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Provide flexible one-on-one, group, or home tuition support as required.
  • Address challenging behaviours calmly and effectively.
  • Complete progress reports to track student development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a UK school setting.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (Child and Adult Workforce) or willingness to apply.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational environment.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, during standard school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
