Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
- Step in with calm, constructive behaviour management strategies.
- Support learning recovery and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain clear, concise records of pupil progress.
Essential Requirements:
- UK school experience.
- Enhanced DBS (child + adult workforce) or willingness to obtain one.
- 6+ months in an educational setting.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
