- Deliver practical and social support to children, young people, and families.
- Contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews with a child-centered approach.
- Undertake direct work in homes and community settings, promoting positive outcomes.
- Supervise and support contact between children and birth families.
- Identify risks, promote safeguarding, and support children in need or at risk.
- Work collaboratively across services and agencies to meet family needs.
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Children and Young People).
- Experience working directly with families and children.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and organisational skills.
- An understanding of child development, safeguarding, and family dynamics.
