  • Deliver practical and social support to children, young people, and families.
  • Contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews with a child-centered approach.
  • Undertake direct work in homes and community settings, promoting positive outcomes.
  • Supervise and support contact between children and birth families.
  • Identify risks, promote safeguarding, and support children in need or at risk.
  • Work collaboratively across services and agencies to meet family needs.
? About You We’re looking for someone with:
  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Children and Young People).
  • Experience working directly with families and children.
  • Excellent communication, report-writing, and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of child development, safeguarding, and family dynamics.
  • A proactive, inclusive, and solution-focused approach.
