- Co-work with social care teams as part of the ETAC (Exploitation Team Around the Child) model.
- Deliver personalised, strengths-based interventions for vulnerable young people.
- Contribute to assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Prepare and present accurate reports for multi-agency meetings.
- Actively identify and manage risk using appropriate processes.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people, meeting them where they are.
- Knowledge and experience of working with exploited children and young people.
- A strong background in youth work or similar services.
- A deep understanding of trauma, exploitation, and child development.
- The ability to build trust, engage creatively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualification in working with children, young people, or families.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle (casual car user allowance applies).
