Your Role:You'll teach students with a range of needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, and complex medical needs. Your focus will be on building confidence, communication, and independence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured, individualised lesson plans based on P Scales
- Establish safe and encouraging relationships with learners
- Support students' physical, sensory, and emotional needs
- Use adaptive resources and creative engagement strategies
You'll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and SEN teaching experience
- UK classroom experience in a specialist setting
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday
