Your Role:You'll teach students with a range of needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, and complex medical needs. Your focus will be on building confidence, communication, and independence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured, individualised lesson plans based on P Scales
  • Establish safe and encouraging relationships with learners
  • Support students' physical, sensory, and emotional needs
  • Use adaptive resources and creative engagement strategies

You'll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and SEN teaching experience
  • UK classroom experience in a specialist setting
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday
