If you're passionate about customer service,  enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and live within 10-12 miles of the location with transport, we’d love to hear from you.You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team where you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and delivery.As a vital member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for managing the full customer order process – from accurate order entry and contract review to coordinating delivery logistics. You’ll be the go-to person for answering queries, providing quotes, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Enter customer orders accurately into the system
  • Review contracts to ensure all key details are correct
  • Prepare clear, professional quotations including applicable charges
  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal departments, production teams, and external suppliers to meet customer needs
  • Provide customers with up-to-date product and safety data information
  • Organise dispatch with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintain accurate filing of customer documentation (orders, dispatch notes, proof of delivery)
Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong keyboard and computer literacy skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Professional, approachable attitude and attention to detail
The ideal person will be:Someone who can prioritise effectively, work accurately under time pressure, and maintain high service standards. You’ll ensure all paperwork is correct and customer communications are timely and precise, while following company quality procedures.We are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
