3.DefineKPIs,reviews,andperformanceframeworksacrossallroles.

4.Supportmanagerswithaccountability,recognition,andtoughconversations.

5.Benchmarksalariesandco-owncompensationandincentivedesignwithFinance.

6.Mapheadcounttogrowthtargetsandbuildsuccessionandbusinesscontinuityplans.

7.Codifyvalues,measureengagement,andaddressnegativebehaviours.

8.Owninternalcommunications:weeklyupdates,townhalls,andoffsite.

9.Trainandcoachmanagerswhilebuildingfutureleaders.

10.Ensurecontracts,policies,andFCA/SMCRobligationsarewatertight.

11.Providepeopledataanddashboardsforboard-levelreporting.

12.Protectculture,wellbeing,andresilienceduringgrowthandchange.
