Human Resources Manager - Salary Package £60,000 to £70,000

They are a renowned, high-profile restaurant group at the heart of Londons luxury Lifestyle dining scene. Known for their award-winning venues, exceptional service, and a true passion for hospitality, they are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their senior team. This is a hands-on, visible role where your expertise will directly support the continued growth and uphold the world-class standards they are known for.

The Role
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, you will lead the HR function across the portfolio of several premium restaurants. You will be the go-to person for all HR matters from talent acquisition and retention, to employee relations, compliance, training, and culture-building. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you, working closely with General Managers, Executive Chefs and senior leadership to ensure the teams feel supported, inspired, and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle for all sites, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies

  • Partner with leadership to attract and retain top-tier talent in line with their luxury brand standards

  • Manage employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

  • Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives to nurture talent and enhance guest service

  • Implement HR best practices and systems that support a culture of excellence and accountability

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding them on performance, engagement, and people strategy

About You

  • Proven HR management experience within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle restaurant sector

  • Strong understanding of the unique demands of high-profile, guest-focused environments

  • Skilled in balancing HR planning with day-to-day operational delivery

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership and staff at all levels

  • Discreet, highly organised, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-standard environment
