  • Hours:         8am – 5pm (Fully office based)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            My client, a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionising the vinyl record industry are looking for an Assembly and Packaging Operative. Their main mission is to make vinyl records accessible to all music creators, ensuring every music title in the world is available on their platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about music and quality craftsmanship.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assemble vinyl record components by ensuring all parts are correct according to the Factory Management System.
  • Adhere labels to vinyl records using a basic hand tool. Note: This process will be automated in the next two months, eliminating manual label application.
  • Pack vinyl and CD orders into appropriate packaging for dispatch.
  • Operate a small shrink wrap machine to wrap assembled vinyl’s and CDs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure efficient operation and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Practically minded with an excellent work ethic and strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible to work different shifts if necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
