We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Lead to manage the successful implementation of COINS (Construction Industry Solutions) across the business. This is a key transformation role that will play a pivotal part in aligning our systems with operational and financial processes as we scale.

You will act as the central point of coordination between finance, commercial, IT, and operations teams, ensuring a smooth deployment of COINS with minimal disruption to business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of COINS software, from initial planning to post-go-live support

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and COINS functionality

  • Manage relationships with COINS consultants and vendors

  • Configure system workflows, test integrations, and manage UAT phases

  • Develop user guides, training materials, and coordinate end-user training sessions

  • Monitor project milestones, budget, and risk mitigation plans

  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing COINS (essential)

  • Experience in the construction or housebuilding sector (strongly preferred)

  • Strong understanding of construction-specific workflows including commercial, finance, project management, and procurement

  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing change across departments

  • Strong project management skills with ability to hit the ground running

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and training delivery skills

  • Available to start at short notice
