My client, a leading business services group, is seeking an experienced Interim ERP PMO Lead to oversee the governance, coordination, and delivery assurance of a complex ERP implementation program.
This role is critical to ensuring project alignment with strategic business objectives, managing risk, and maintaining consistent reporting and communication across stakeholders.
The Interim ERP PMO Lead will provide leadership, structure, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of program activities during a transitional or high-demand period.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the ERP program governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Lead PMO operations including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management across ERP workstreams.

Monitor program progress, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans and critical path tracking.

Provide regular updates and reports to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

Implement standardized PMO methodologies, tools, and templates across the ERP program.

Coordinate interdependencies between functional and technical teams.

Identify risks and issues, and facilitate timely resolution and escalation as necessary.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Support change management efforts to align business and technical stakeholders with ERP transitions.
Qualifications:

Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS). The client is looking for a highly capable ERP PMO Operator and is agnostic on system experience. Candidates should obviously have worked on complex ERP Programmes previously in a lead PMO role.

Strong experience leading or establishing a PMO in a transformation context.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
