Our client, an independently owned Estate Agency, is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their established team.
The role requires previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator and offers a basic salary of £23,000 with an uncapped OTE of £35,000, potentially reaching £60,000 in the second year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis, and additional benefits include a £100 monthly parking allowance and a £50 phone allowance.
Key responsibilities include booking property viewings, managing inquiries, developing the business portfolio, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving license, a personal vehicle, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Negotiator:

Basic salary – £23,000
OTE - £35,000 (uncapped)
OTE 2nd year £60,000
Excellent commission structure with uncapped earning potential
£100 per month for parking.
£50 phone allowance.

Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

Booking and attending property viewings.
Manage incoming enquires from new applicants regarding properties.
Help to develop the business portfolio
Some Property Management.
Remain up to date with all business legislation.

Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
Excellent knowledge of the property industry.
Hardworking and honest attitude.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
A high standard of customer service.
