As the Wiring Cell Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects for their diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities of the Wiring Cell Team Leader:

Oversee the Cost, Quality, and Delivery KPIs for the Wiring Cell Team
Ensure the achievement of product wiring hours targets and timely delivery
Manage the Wiring Test and Inspection process to reduce remedials
Allocate work to support the manufacturing programme
Ensure compliance with relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements
Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Liaise with the Production Cell Team, Production Manager, and Engineering Team
Actively participate in Assembly and Wiring activities alongside the Wiring Cell Team

Qualifications and Experience:

Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship
Extensive experience in Assembly and Wiring of Control Panels and Equipment
Proven track record as a Manufacturing Team Leader
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
