As a Client Success Manager, you will ensure that our clients' onboarding and operational experiences are seamless, structured, and strategically sound.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and initial operational phase.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the onboarding process including entity formation, legal structuring, and KYC/AML documentation.
  • Coordinate due diligence requirements, liaise with banks and payment providers, and track status updates.
  • Serve as a knowledge bridge for clients on topics such as UBO declarations, U.S. entity formation, tax residency, and policy documentation.
  • Proactively manage timelines, resolve blockers, and ensure all client milestones are achieved on time.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Technology, Design, Operations) to deliver a unified client experience.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients launching in new markets and adapting to regulatory environments.
  • Maintain detailed client records, meeting notes, and communication logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple complex client workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
  • Confidence in their ability to show brilliance when provided an environment to do so.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a client-facing role (Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting).
  • Experience working with high-growth startups or in international expansion.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and international tax advisory workflows.
  • Strong understanding of global corporate structures, compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
