- Planning Campaigns: Build and manage our annual campaign plan in line with business goals. You will define clear objectives, target audiences, and key messages for each campaign.
- Running Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, content, events, and print, on time and to budget.
- Creating & Coordinating Content: Create strong, engaging content, from blog posts to whitepapers and customer stories.
- Owning Digital Marketing: Manage the digital side of campaigns, including PPC, LinkedIn and social promotion, and SEO for landing pages. You will also coordinate with agencies or freelancers where needed.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Craft and send targeted B2B emails, including newsletters and nurture sequences. Use marketing automation tools to segment audiences and automate campaign workflows.
- Events & Partnerships: Identify relevant industry events and manage our presence, attendance and visibility (stands / booths, sponsorships, keynote speaker opportunities) to boost brand exposure.
- Measuring Success: Track performance using key metrics like leads, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to report back, learn from each campaign, and adjust as needed.
- Working Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging and ensure leads are properly followed up. You will also present campaign results and recommendations to the SLT/Board.
- Managing Budgets: Own the campaign budget, allocating spend and ensuring our investment delivers results.
- Staying Ahead of the Market: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends, using your findings to shape messaging and positioning.
- Maintaining Brand & Compliance: Make sure everything produced is on-brand and compliant with relevant regulations.
