CCP are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaigns and Content Manager to help shape and deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our clients B2B growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with teams across sales, operations, and senior leadership to ensure our client’s marketing efforts drive awareness, generate leads, and stay true to their brand. Logistics: This role is Hybrid, offering flexibility to WFH 2/3/4 days per week, depending on candidate location and circumstance. Salary Guide: £55,000 - £65,000 Do you have 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in B2B campaigns? We are looking for someone with hands-on experience planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing projects from start to finish. Have you demonstrated expertise in developing integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and ROI? We require someone with a strong knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign funnel stages, and sales enablement tactics. Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills? To be successful in this role, we require someone with the ability to craft clear marketing copy and guide the development of campaign creative, as well as show confidence when presenting campaign plans and results to stakeholders at various levels. Key Responsibilities 
  1. Planning Campaigns: Build and manage our annual campaign plan in line with business goals. You will define clear objectives, target audiences, and key messages for each campaign.
  2. Running Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, content, events, and print, on time and to budget.
  3. Creating & Coordinating Content: Create strong, engaging content, from blog posts to whitepapers and customer stories.
  4. Owning Digital Marketing: Manage the digital side of campaigns, including PPC, LinkedIn and social promotion, and SEO for landing pages. You will also coordinate with agencies or freelancers where needed.
  5. Email Marketing & Automation: Craft and send targeted B2B emails, including newsletters and nurture sequences. Use marketing automation tools to segment audiences and automate campaign workflows.
  6. Events & Partnerships: Identify relevant industry events and manage our presence, attendance and visibility (stands / booths, sponsorships, keynote speaker opportunities) to boost brand exposure.
  7. Measuring Success: Track performance using key metrics like leads, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to report back, learn from each campaign, and adjust as needed.
  8. Working Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging and ensure leads are properly followed up. You will also present campaign results and recommendations to the SLT/Board.
  9. Managing Budgets: Own the campaign budget, allocating spend and ensuring our investment delivers results.
  10. Staying Ahead of the Market: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends, using your findings to shape messaging and positioning.
  11. Maintaining Brand & Compliance: Make sure everything produced is on-brand and compliant with relevant regulations.
