JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor

HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday

START: ASAP

SALARY: £25,000 + commission

LOCATION: CentralBournemouth working in a modern office

The role:

  • Outbound calls to clients to advise of new legislation changes
  • Providing an excellent service to clients and being their main point of contact
  • Assisting with general client queries and problem solving any issues
  • Responding to client emails
  • Building an excellent relationship with clients
  • Working to weekly KPI's

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Previous experience within a fast paced role
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
