JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £25,000 + commission
LOCATION: CentralBournemouth working in a modern office

The role:
- Outbound calls to clients to advise of new legislation changes
- Providing an excellent service to clients and being their main point of contact
- Assisting with general client queries and problem solving any issues
- Responding to client emails
- Building an excellent relationship with clients
- Working to weekly KPI's
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Previous experience within a fast paced role
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
