About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for their investors and clients. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you’ll handle enquiries via telephone, email, and letter, ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards of care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to investor and client enquiries promptly and in line with regulations
  • Deliver a customer-centric experience that builds trust and strong relationships
  • Show empathy and professionalism when resolving queries
  • Meet quality, productivity, and efficiency targets
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet both customer and business needs

About You

  • Previous customer service or administration experience (ideally in a regulated environment)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Confident IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
