- Preparing and managing annual development budgets.
- Analysing cost assumptions, identifying trends and delivering insight that informs strategy.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operational, commercial, and finance teams to shape robust and realistic budgets.
- Maintaining system integrity and data accuracy across budgeting platforms.
- Driving process improvement and best practice in budgeting and financial reporting.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or QBE with strong, relevant budgeting experience).
- Proven experience preparing complex budgets and supporting financial planning.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience – Power BI, Qube, or Adaptive Insights would be a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
