Antisocial Behaviour Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Specialist to join a progressive housing provider. This key role is focused on supporting housing teams to deliver a consistent, trauma-informed approach to antisocial behaviour across a diverse housing portfolio, including general needs and supported accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to Housing Officers and Team Leaders on managing ASB cases
  • Lead preventative and early intervention strategies, including mediation, ASB action plans, and recovery measures
  • Champion best practice in case management through regular training, coaching, and review processes
  • Oversee case triage to identify safeguarding concerns and ensure timely referrals to relevant agencies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ASB legislation and ensure compliance across services
  • Promote a balanced approach that supports victims and addresses perpetrators' behaviour

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, tools, and enforcement procedures
  • Proven track record managing complex ASB cases within housing or a related field
  • Skilled in delivering coaching, support, and training to colleagues
  • Committed to person-centred and trauma-informed working practices
  • Proactive, resilient, and confident in decision-making and safeguarding processes
