Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimising web traffic and boosting conversions? We're looking for a results-focused SEA Traffic Manager to join a thriving e-commerce business and take ownership of paid traffic acquisition and performance marketing.

In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with local marketing and group-level teams to drive targeted traffic through channels such as Google Ads, Bing, affiliation networks, and retargeting campaigns. You’ll play a vital part in growing online sales, improving visibility, and influencing business decisions through data-led insights.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Develop and execute strategies to grow traffic and conversions across multiple websites•    Manage paid search (SEA), affiliation, and retargeting campaigns•    Collaborate with internal teams on content, SEO, and social strategies•    Monitor traffic and performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools•    Optimise campaign spend to deliver strong ROI and support e-commerce targets•    Provide regular insights, reports, and recommendations to key stakeholders

What you'll bring:
