Inside Partner Account Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, full time
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to independently drive business growth through our clients network of approximately 100 channel partners and distributions. This role focuses on building strong, strategic partnerships, conducting detailed profiling of resellers as a source of WSA and identifying opportunities to increase value within existing business. You will be responsible for developing and managing a qualified pipeline of partners across a defined geographic territory or account base with strong emphasis on cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Working closely with external partner Account Managers and Sales Engineers to align efforts and ensure partners success. A key performance objective for this role is to achieve or succeed £300,000 in annual billings from the partner portfolio under management.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Inside Partner Account Manager:
- Engage virtually with partners vias phone and video to support daily operations and drive acquisition.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
- Focus on volume partners, profiling them daily to identify growth potential and escalate to CAMs
- Develop and manage a pipeline focused on existing business and up-sell opportunities.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Stay up to date with our clients product range and confidently address partner queries and competitive claims.
- Maintain accurate partner and customer records in the CRM.
- Support resellers with operational tasks such as deal registration and order processing.
- Achieving monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets.
What we are looking for from the Inside Partner Account Manager:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Degree or equivalent is desirable in a cyber or IT related subject
- Multitasking abilities
- Communications skills
