Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct client needs assessments through detailed calls.
- Recommend suitable insurance products from top UK providers.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven telesales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales success.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply product knowledge effectively.
