Dispute Resolution Solicitor , Bournemouth 

My client is a well known and hugely respected legal 500 firm with a national presence that attracts very high quality work. Working under a noted partner you will have trained and gained experience elsewhere in an excellent team and ran files yourself to conclusion. You will be a motivated and driven individual with a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and claims within the County Court along with knowledge of High Court claims and cost budgeting. It's a mixed caseload coming into the firm covering :

  • Commercial Debt Recovery
  • Construction Litigation
  • Commercial Litigation
  • Contractual Disputes
  • Contentious Probate / Inheritance Act Claims
