My client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for a contract based in Bournemouth.
This is a 6-7 month contract.
Paying £350 - £400pd depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ALL mechanical installation activities on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Attend Progress Meetings and Commissioning meetings
- Feedback progress to PM
- Feedback information to QS to support Variations
- Develop and maintain TCL Inspection test plans
- Ensure compliance TCL H&S
- Carry out TCL inspections and audits to ensure quality assurance.
Requirements
- Qualified to Mechanical Engineer/Manager level , trade background will be considered. Will need to be evidenced by qualifications.
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Black CSCS Manager CARD
- Proven experience in healthcare big advantage with HTM knowledge , albeit not compulsory
- Experience with chilled water systems, and LTHW systems, Domestic Water systems, BMS, Medical Gases and Pneumatic Tube systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
