Sales Agent- Full Time
Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm

We're looking for a confident, motivated communicator to join our team as a Sales Agent. Based in the heart of Bournemouth, you'll be speaking to potential customers on behalf of a variety of clients, starting conversations, building relationships, and generating quality sales leads.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls using clear scripts and campaign guides
- Build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Promote our clients' products and services in a professional, engaging way
- Record call outcomes and lead info accurately in our CRM
- Work closely with client teams to hand over qualified leads
- Keep your knowledge of campaigns and offers up to date
- Share feedback and results with campaign managers
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Strong communication skills-you're confident, friendly, and persuasive
- Ability to handle objections and keep the conversation going
