Your new role
As an IT Supplier Support Officer, you will play a key role in managing IT contracts and supplier relationships. Reporting to the IT Supplier and Licencing Team Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring service-level agreements, supporting software licencing and asset management, and ensuring that procurement processes are efficient and compliant. You'll act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, helping to ensure that services are delivered effectively and represent good value for money.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of IT service delivery in medium to large organisations
- Experience with ITIL service management, SLAs, and supplier engagement
- Familiarity with software licencing and contract management
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Additional experience with PRINCE2, public sector procurement, or working in complex organisational environments would be advantageous.
