We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our bustling, high-volume restaurant located on the stunning South Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to bring their energy, leadership, and customer-focused mindset to a well-established venue known for its exceptional food, fast-paced service, and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy trading periods
  • Lead, train, and inspire a large team of FOH staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high standards of service and food quality
  • Manage rotas, stock levels, and ordering in line with business demands
  • Uphold all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving any issues swiftly and effectively
  • Drive revenue through upselling, events, and service excellence
