About the Role:

You will be supporting pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and severe learning difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil's individual needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support
  • Assist with personal care and mobility needs (where required)
  • Support communication and sensory development
  • Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Collaborate with staff and families to support pupil progress


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
