Your Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital classroom and one-to-one support for children with Autism, Speech & Language difficulties, and other learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to adapt lessons, encourage social interaction, and create a safe and engaging learning space for every child.

What We're Looking For:

A caring and dedicated individual with a passion for SEN support.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
Knowledge of EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) and differentiation techniques.

Your responsibilities include:

Assist children with learning activities and behaviour management.
Adapt resources to suit individual learning needs.
Foster students' confidence and independence in a structured learning environment.
Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to the SENCO and teachers.
Support with personal care where necessary.
