My client is a bespoke signage company and due to an ever increasing order book and a recent promotion they are recruiting for an Entry Level Production Artworker
This is a full-time, ON-SITE ONLY, permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.
THE ROLE
- Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules
- Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)
- Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools (semi-automated process)
- Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production
- Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references
- Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements
- Full training on in-house processes provided
THE PERSON
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environment
- Must live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley

- Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
- Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate when required
