Your new companyYou will be working for a housing association who manage over 50,000 homes across the south. This is a 6 month contract working across Slough, Ascot, Windsor, Stainesand surrounding areas.
Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out:-Mould treatments,Conducting ventilation surveysCompleting make-good decoration work in their home's. The customers are at the heart of everything they do, excellent customer service skills are essential.Your daily tasks will include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and pre-ordering materials when needed-keeping the customer informed of progress at every step.
You'll be a key part of the team, working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve the properties, always following best practices in building maintenance.
They will provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE?. You'll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll be required to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced decorator who has worked on Damp and Mould properties. You will have experience with mould treatments, ventilation surveys and general decorating.
