Our client in Bracknell is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be confident in communicating the company’s unique value proposition, generating interest in product trials, securing product demos, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new sales opportunities through outbound calling, using cold call lists and independent research.
  • Effectively utilise sales processes and questioning techniques to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of the company’s product range and stay updated on new and competing technologies.
  • Prepare and send follow-up emails, marketing materials, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets for prospecting, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to communicate software solutions and explain problem-solving ideas at a high level.
  • Confident in cold calling and identifying key decision-makers within an organisation.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to setting and achieving personal sales goals.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and adaptability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Skilled in questioning and active listening, with a dynamic and engaging phone presence.
  • Fast learner with a passion for self-education and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to generate well-written correspondence to target customers.
