Because you need to push yourself, constantly challenge your own thinking, staying one step ahead of your branded competitors and private label products.Working from home around three days a week reflects just how flexible the company is and how the focus is firmly fixed on outputs not inputs.Your new role (UK&I Marketing Manager)These are the key responsibilities of the UK&I Marketing Manager:
- To drive performance through annual marketing plans
- Launch, nurture and grow NPD
- Build external relationships with retailers and distributors
- Work closely with the internal sales teams
- Monitor and analyse brand and category data helping to drive improved performance and the Return On Investment (ROI)
- As category captain you will drive in-store and online initiatives helping to make the shopper experience easier to navigate including sign posting, info panels and optimisation of imagery and wording
- Drive the visibility of products into other categories where the rate of sales are four times higher

- Base salary = £55k to £65k
- WFH ~60% | Bracknell ~40%
- Bonus = Up to 15%
- Car Allowance = £6k

The Interview Process
- 45 minute TEAMS interview with Country Manager + Marketing Manager.
- 90 minute face to face interview with the Country Manager + Marketing Manager + 1 other. There will be a pre-set presentation.
- 20 minute TEAMS informal conversation with the People & Culture Director
