Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Site Manager to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester. The initial site will be in High Wycombe, with further sites in London and the Home Counties. The company delivers high-security construction projects across the UK and internationally, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors. Schemes typically range in value from £50k to £10M+, covering complex refurbishments, secure fit-outs and bespoke new builds. As such, the candidate will be required to obtain security clearance - more details at interview stage.

Site Manager Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £55k - £65k

Site Manager Job Overview
  • Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.
Site Manager Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Project
  • Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance
  • CSCS Black Card or equivalent
  • SMSTS Certification
  • Strong Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
  • Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.
