We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level - Customer Repairs Administrator to support the delivery of customer focused reactive property repairs.

This is a fully office based position based in Bracknell - so having a driving license would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately keeping systems up to date, including logging of new jobs and entry of reports from field-based staff

Liaising with customers, residents. and third-parties to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of repairs

Organise and prioritise tasks to support compliance with KPI's

Coordinate DBS applications for the staff of the company
Key Skills & Experience:

High level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure

Strong communication skills
-
Ideally some experience in Customer service and administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Benefits:
Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Salary: up to £25,000 basic.
