A unique and demanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-net-worth individual (HNWI) with international business and personal affairs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring global travel and the flexibility to operate across multiple time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth running of both the principal’s business interests and lifestyle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management:
- Arrange and coordinate all aspects of complex global travel itineraries for the principal, their family, and support team (including private aviation, commercial flights, visas, transfers, and accommodation).
- Proactively manage last-minute changes and ensure contingency plans are in place.
Business Support:
- Provide comprehensive EA support including diary management, meeting scheduling, document preparation, and email handling.
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of liaison between the principal and business stakeholders, partners, and advisors.
- Assist with research, reporting, and high-level administrative tasks.
Lifestyle & Household Coordination:
- Liaise with private staff including chefs, drivers, household and security personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Arrange personal appointments, events, and social engagements.
- Oversee and maintain a high standard of service across all elements of the principal’s personal and professional life.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Proven experience supporting a HNWI, C-suite executive or in a similar private EA role.
- Demonstrable experience arranging global travel and working within high-pressure, time-critical environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and remain in other countries for extended periods, sometimes at short notice.
- Impeccable organisational skills and acute attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a similar lifestyle-focused, global EA role.
- Familiarity with international customs, luxury travel, and high-level business environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and travel management tools.

- Must hold a valid passport and be fully eligible to work and travel internationally.
